Manali Devang Rajgor has completed her education from Young Ladies High School in Mumbai and graduating from the Mumbai University. She has pursued a course in P G Diploma in Counselling for Teachers last year and this year she has chosen to pursue a course in Special Education as she was already in the teaching field with experience of dealing with pre-school children for almost 10 years.

Manali loves being surrounded by children and can understand the difficulties they face in everyday life and in handling the academic pressure and coping up with the competition. Being in this field, she has witnessed parents themselves put their children under such pressure of standing out in the crowd. In the process, they fail to understand their children and their capacity to learn.

During her tenure in teaching, she has realized to help or do something for pre-school children so that they can come out of this competitive pressure and learn more effectively. After doing the counselling course, she was highly motivated and even took the initiative to counsel children in her school. Back in Gujarat, she was working in an army pre-school and was already dealing with special children due to her interest and curiosity, without any professional degree.

Currently, almost for one and a half years, she is not working due to the current pandemic situation. Back in Gujarat, during the lockdown period, she was not getting any job opportunities and started giving tuitions. At that time, she was pursued the special education course and noticed that not every child had a problem and could easily figure out the ones who faced issues. Both the Counselling and SEN courses have helped her to tackle the students in a much better manner.
