Sunitha believes that there is a certain preconceived notion about special children and people lack proper knowledge about the disabilities like ADHD, Autism etc.

She has completed her B.Com. and B.Ed. and has pursued a course in SEN. The SEN course has helped her to develop a clear idea about special children and the reasons why special children behave in a certain way, how to identify the problems so that it becomes easier for teachers to provide a solution.

Her area of interest was to teach children who have special needs and the kind of special care and attention they require which many parents are not even aware of. She believes that this kind of course will be very helpful and not only train teachers but also help them to motivate the parents to take proper care of their special child.
